Cookies and privacy settings
What this version uses
The current version uses technical mechanisms for authentication and security. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and advertising tags have not been added to the current portal. Browsing does not enable optional cookies. We do not request consent for categories that are not installed. Legacy demo features and external services must be rechecked on the actual domain before launch.
Authentication cookies
better-auth.session_token: first-party cookie needed to keep you signed in, configured for seven days with possible renewal. The __Secure- prefix may be used on HTTPS. better-auth.dont_remember: a technical session cookie when the do-not-remember option is used. The system may use temporary cookies to secure social sign-in once enabled: actual names and durations will be checked during each provider’s acceptance test. Session caching in cookies is not enabled in the current configuration.
External services and preferences
Your currency choice is stored on this device in localStorage (turpronto.comparison-currency.v1) after selection, until you clear site data or choose Reset to EUR. It contains no profile data and is not used for advertising. Our server requests ECB rates without sending your profile to the ECB. Voluntarily opening Stripe or an external sign-in provider subjects that visit to its notice; it does not authorize marketing on Turpronto. You can sign out and clear or block cookies in browser settings, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in. Location is managed separately through browser permissions. Adding non-essential analytics or marketing requires an updated inventory and notice, prior blocking, purpose-specific choices, refusal and withdrawal before activation.
